ABOUT ME:
We each have the power to create a life that honors us, and sometimes we need a little help navigating the process. In our work together, we will explore the landscape of our experience and the parts of ourselves that bring about challenges in our lives. Nothing is wrong with you: you are simply dealing with challenges the best way you know how.
I get how exhausting it can be to find supportive spaces where you have the freedom to let your identity expand and evolve. As a queer therapist, I feel strongly about intentionally creating a safe space for you to show up as your authentic self, with all your complexities and intersecting identities. I'm not a therapist who aims to fix you or find solutions. Instead, I help you learn how to be with your emotions and body sensations so that you can connect to your inner strength and experience deep transformation from a place of safety.
My goal is to empower individuals and relationships to embrace their unique journeys and vulnerabilities. I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+, kinky, and poly folx and individuals who are navigating spirituality. We all carry old stories, old wounds, and old identities within us. Sometimes these lead to immense resilience. And sometimes, we feel stuck in a painful loop and long to find a new way. Together we can be attentive to your past, curious about your present, and intentional about your future.
On a personal level, I have a background in the arts which continues to fuel many passions of mine. I love to craft, knit, crotchet, and have recently become an avid bread baker.
