ABOUT ME:
As a mom, artist, and art therapist, I bring creativity, empathy, and humor to our work. Through art, play, and conversation, we’ll navigate challenges, uncover what matters to you, and find healing. I’m here to create a safe space for real, lasting change.
Creative expression helps us process emotions and experiences like loss, trauma, anxiety, and identity struggles when words just aren’t enough. Whether it’s through painting, clay, or any medium that speaks to you, art can be a powerful, messy, and empowering way to explore yourself. Together, we’ll dive into the meaning behind your creations in a safe and supportive space.
From my own experience, I know some things can’t be fully explained with words. While talk therapy played a part in my healing, art therapy became a life-changing tool for growth.
I’m an anxiety-managing mom navigating life as an older individual with a rich and complex background. Raised in a Christian household, I’ve since embraced the path of a recovering Christian, blending spirituality with a sex-positive, feminist, and leftist perspective. I’m a proud LGBTQIA+ ally and advocate for neurodivergence, informed by my experience as both a neurodivergent person and a parent to a child with neurodivergent challenges.
I adore cats, value community and connection, and approach life with curiosity and compassion. My journey through divorce, parenting, and self-discovery continues to shape the way I see the world and support others in their unique paths.
