ABOUT ME:
Recognizing when we need help and asking for it can be challenging. Life’s internal stressors
and external pressures can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone.
Seeking therapy is a powerful step, and I want to help make that journey a positive and
meaningful experience for you.
As a therapist, I am committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel
safe and supported in expressing yourself. I specialize in areas such as eating disorders, sexual
trauma, anxiety, depression, identity and self-expression, family and relationship dynamics, life
transitions, and mood disorders. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and guided by a
person-centered philosophy, ensuring that our work together is tailored to your unique needs and
strengths.
Having gone through significant life transitions myself, I deeply understand how challenging it
can be to navigate uncertainty and emotionally taxing circumstances. My goal is to help you
navigate these challenges with confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment. I look
forward to supporting you through this important step and partnering with you as we navigate
your path toward healing.
