ABOUT ME:
With a bachelor's degree in computer information systems and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, I bring a unique blend of skills and experiences. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and multicultural theories. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including adults from various ethnic and racial backgrounds, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ , polyamourous, ethical non monogamous, and kink communities. This experience has broadened my cultural horizons and deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by different groups.
I specialize in working with adults (individuals, groups, and couples) who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and emotional fatigue. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with personality disorders, psychosis, substance abuse disorder, PTSD, major depressive disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. I also have experience working with minor-attracted people.
Beyond any diagnosis, I believe in offering a humanistic approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. My goal is to empower clients to embrace their authentic selves and take ownership of their journey towards healing and growth.
I am deeply committed to acceptance and respect for all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or struggles. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am dedicated to supporting my clients every step of the way. Together, we can work towards creating positive change and fostering a greater sense of well-being.
If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and uncover the strength and resilience within you.
